Why is blockchain tamper-proof?

NFTs are recorded on the blockchain. As the blockchain works, new information is connected one at a time, growing like a chain that is distributed and stored around the world.

So if you want to change the information on the blockchain, you have to do something very difficult. For example, you have to stop the chain all over the world at the same time, unnoticed, and before the following data is connected, you have to change all the data after the part you want to change. This is unrealistic.

This is why blockchain is said to be tamper-proof.
